Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers at the following links:

1.2 Transmission of Data via the Internet

Sensitive data such as login details, passwords, address data, information on your payment methods, credit card details, or account details for direct debiting are transmitted exclusively via encrypted connections (HTTPS / SSL) and stored on secure servers located in Germany.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we use it only to answer your inquiries, for legitimate internal business interests, for the execution of contracts concluded with you, and for technical administration.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract—in particular, the transfer of order data to suppliers (carrier or banking institution)—if it is necessary for billing purposes, or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke a given consent at any time with effect for the future. Personal data will only be transmitted to state authorities within the framework of mandatory legal provisions. Your data will not be disclosed to private third parties without your explicit consent.

According to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), you have a right to free information regarding your stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. Please contact ruppert@herrnhuter-sterne.de for this purpose.
