Our prices
Our prices are vaild from 01 April 2010- 31 March 2011 and include the
VAT of Germany (19%).
Our terms of payment:
Prepayment:
Please, wait for our invoice before you pay. The pre-packaged wares will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment.
The payment by credit card is not possible. Cheque or cash forwarding without liability.
Our terms of delivery:
The prices are from works excluding post and packing.
Within the Federal Republic of Germany:
Shipping is done by parcel service with a shipping and packaging flat rate
charge of 5.00 EURO including statutory value added tax..
For cash on delivery the COD flat rate is additional 5,50 EURO and is
comprised of COD charge and the packaging costs.
Outside the Federal Republic of Germany:
Here shipping is by parcel service or post. The transport and packaging costs
depend on the weight of the goods ordered. You can see the cost for transport
in your order form before sending the order.
Costs for duty and import tax are additionally.
Guarantee conditions
The statutory guarantee period is 2 years and starts with the transfer
of the goods. The start of the guarantee time have to be proved by a bill or
delivery note. Therefore you should keep these documents safed.
The guarantee does not include damage resulting from natural wear and tear,
improper use and inadequate or false maintenance and care.
In case of a guarantee claim please contact us in writing before returning
the goods. Outherwise the return will not be accepted.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain the property of Herrnhuter Sterne GmbH until paid for in full.
AOB (Any other Business)
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and under exclusion from the
UN sales law - unless opposed by any obligatory international consumer
protection law.
Should individual clauses in these conditions be or become invalid, the
validity of the other clauses or the other parts of such clauses shall
remain unaffected.
Data protection
We store personal data for the purpose of handling the orders or pass it on
to a third party for the same purpose (e.g. German Post Office). We may also
use the address data for our own advertising purposes. You can of course lodge
an objection the data being used for advertising purposes. Please inform us of
any such objections.
All your dates are secured by SSL-coding.
